once的用法總結(jié)

　　1. once用作副詞時(shí),意為“曾經(jīng);一度;從前”.它是一個(gè)不確定的時(shí)間副詞,其位置一般是在行為動(dòng)詞之前,系動(dòng)詞之后.

　　如：

　　Once he lived in America, but now he lives in England.

　　他曾經(jīng)生活在美國(guó),但現(xiàn)在他生活在英國(guó).

　　2. once用作連詞時(shí),意為“一旦……就……”,用于連接時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句,相當(dāng)于as soon as.

　　如：

　　Once you start, you will never give up.

　　一旦你開(kāi)始了,你就不要放棄.

　　注意：once引導(dǎo)的是時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句,從句要用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)代替將來(lái)時(shí).
