　　award, reward的用法

　　award v.指正式地或官方地頒發(fā)，授予，給予;也可以指法庭裁決給予。后面可跟雙賓語。

　　This new invention won the highest award.

　　這項新發(fā)明獲得最高獎。

　　The school principal awarded a prize in history to the best student.

　　學校校長將歷史獎授予最出色的學生。

　　It is the custom of this academy to make an annual award for outstanding researchers in chemistry.

　　每年向杰出的化學研究人員發(fā)獎是這個學會的慣例。

　　reward v.酬勞，獎賞，回報，通常指因做了某一件事或提供了某種服務(wù)而應(yīng)得到報酬或酬謝，其后一般以人或人的行為作賓語。后跟with用來說明以何物作為報酬。
