　　立場：不是

　　1.財富是通過個人努力而來的，他們應(yīng)該有權(quán)自由支配自己的財產(chǎn)。

　　2.捐不捐錢應(yīng)該尊重個人意愿。并不應(yīng)該強加給他們?nèi)魏紊鐣x務(wù)。

　　3.強制性捐款可能反而產(chǎn)生負面影響。部分接受捐款的人們會認為這是理所當(dāng)然的。反而會更加依賴社會救助，而不會有動力努力生活，自食其力。
