　　陳述重點(diǎn)在于你認(rèn)為你自身需要改進(jìn)的地方，無(wú)論是工作習(xí)慣，還是專業(yè)知識(shí)，或是交流能力等等。需要注意的是：任何一個(gè)潛在的弱點(diǎn)必須附有至少一條能使之轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐环N潛在能力的積極有效的方法。
