寫英文簡歷需要注意哪些問題

　　在競爭激烈的現(xiàn)代社會里,寫好個人簡歷是求職的一個重要手段。一般說來,簡歷是有關(guān)個人情況的簡述,要求包括與所申請職業(yè)有關(guān)的所有細節(jié)。寫英文簡歷沒有一定的格式,你可以根據(jù)自己的實際情況來設(shè)計各部分的標題,但寫英文簡歷需要注意哪些問題，你知道嗎？

　　一、標點符號一律使用半角。

　　二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個半角空格。

　　三、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。

　　五、書名、雜志名、電影名、音樂專輯名、英文中出現(xiàn)的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜體。

　　六、對于電話區(qū)號應(yīng)用不同的符號區(qū)分。

　　正確：(86) 139 2739 6856 或 (86) 139-2739-6856

　　七、對于有序列表，應(yīng)采用「阿拉伯數(shù)字 + 英文句點 + 半角空格」的方式。

　　錯誤：

　　正確：

　　八、括號弧線外要留空格，弧線內(nèi)不要。

　　但同一個單詞內(nèi)的括號例外：

　　九、用彎引號，不要用直(的彎)引號。

　　錯誤：“Bazinga!” ‘You are pwned!’

　　十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

　　注意：

　　1. 若寫作時用兩個 hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等文書處理軟件會自動將其轉(zhuǎn)為 em dash。有鑒于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。

　　2. 破折號(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習慣之不同，無對錯之分。惟請在同一份簡歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
