1、I have made up my mind what courses I amtaking.
我已經(jīng)決定選什么課了。
make up my mind 決定做某事，可以跟從句，也可以跟動(dòng)詞不定式。
E.g.：I have made up my mind to get the first prizeof the marathon competition.
我已經(jīng)下定決心要贏得這次馬拉松比賽的第一名。
2、most of the students are still shoppingaround, looking at various courses.
部分學(xué)生還在觀望，先了解一下各門課的情況。
shopping around:觀望 此外還有逛商店的意思
Some housewives make a habit of shopping around to get the best buy.
購(gòu)物時(shí)貨比三家，是家庭主婦的好習(xí)慣。
3、well, I have put off doing my science requirement till now. I haven’t learned anyscience courses for three years
是這樣的，我已經(jīng)拖了三年沒(méi)選理科課程了。
science 理科 liberal arts： 文科 college of arts文學(xué)院
4、because you are major in MBA. I figure that you know more about the MBA
因?yàn)槟阒餍轒BA.我想你對(duì)MBA的課都比較熟悉。
major in 修……專業(yè) 專攻…… major in computer 主修計(jì)算機(jī)課程
figure 數(shù)字 體型 這里是“認(rèn)為”接近于think
5、I took that class last year but I flunked it, so this year I have to take it again
我去年修了這門課，但是考試沒(méi)通過(guò)，所以今年我還得再修一年。
flunk 不及格，掛科 也可以說(shuō) fail a class/course
retake:重修
I failed this class last semester, so I have to retake it.
我上學(xué)期沒(méi)通過(guò)這門課的考試，我要重修這門課
6、There are final exams and the students, if they pass, are given three full credits forthese subjects
期末會(huì)有考試，如果學(xué)生通過(guò)了考試，他們會(huì)得到三門課的全部的學(xué)分
Credit：學(xué)分 two-credit course 兩學(xué)分的課程
Credit system：學(xué)分制
