Tom：
I have found that Chinese people really enjoy drinking tea.

May：
Yeah, tea is really important part of Chinese culture.

Tom：
I know there are many kinds of tea, such as Longjing Tea, Biluochun Tea, Oolong Tea…
我知道中國茶的品種很多，有龍井、碧螺春、烏龍……
May：
Qimen Black Tea, Huangshan Maofeng Tea, and Jasmine Tea are all very famous.
還有祁門紅茶、黃山毛峰、茉莉花茶等等，都是很有名的。
Tom：
How are they different from each other?
都有什么區(qū)別?
May：
They taste differently because they are made differently. Black tea is heavy and green tea is light.
因為加工方法的不同，味道也就不一樣。紅茶比較濃，綠茶淡一些。

Well, it depends. You see, there are eight famous Chinese cuisines:for instance, the Sichuan cuisine, and the Hunan cuisine.

They are both spicy hot, I’ve heard.

Waiter：
That’s right. If you like hot dishes, you can try some.

They might be too hot for me.

Waiter：
Then there’s the Cantonese cuisine and the Jiangsu cuisine. Most southerners like them.
