[附注1] 表示被動行為的施動者主要用by，但也有用with, 不過with已近于表示行為的工具，后面不能接人的名詞，如：I was much impressed with the beauty of the music. He is deeply impressed with your generous donation.

[附注2] 一般說來，只有當(dāng)謂語是被動式時，這個句子才可稱為被動句，下面的句子含有被動意義的非謂語成分，雖然表達了一定的被動意義，但是不能說是被動句，She didn't like herself to be praised like that. 這種被動意義的非謂語成分主要由下了詞語表達出來：
1) 被動不定式。它可以在句中作主語、定語、復(fù)合賓語、狀語等。

2) 被動分詞在句中作定語、復(fù)合賓語等。He told us to keep a secret of the things being discussed.
